With clinics across major destinations including Niseko, Rusutsu, Hakuba, Myoko, Nozawa Onsen, and soon Furano for the 2026/27 season, we are an established part of life in the snow. Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Massage Therapist to join our winter clinics for the 2026/27 season. Working alongside our physiotherapists, you'll provide therapeutic and sports massage to a diverse, international client base. From skiers and snowboarders feeling the effects of long days on the mountain, to clients recovering from injury or simply looking to relax and unwind, you'll play a key role in helping people move better, feel better, and make the most of their time in the snow.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality therapeutic, remedial, and sports massage tailored to individual client needs
  
• Work collaboratively with physiotherapists to support injury rehabilitation and prevention
• Maintain accurate and timely treatment notes
• Foster a welcoming, professional, and caring environment for clients
• Educate clients on recovery strategies
• Uphold hygiene and safety standards in all treatment areas

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy, Osteopathy, or Myotherapy, or a Diploma/Certificate in Massage Therapy from a recognised institution, with a valid massage therapy licence or registration
• Experience in sports massage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Team player with a client-first mindset
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, season environment
• Adaptable and comfortable living in shared accommodation
  
• Eligibility for a Working Holiday Visa or valid work permit in Japan (please ensure you meet the eligibility criteria before submitting your application)
• Eligible for an International Driving Permit (highly recommend)
