In this role, you’ll help run live games using Genius Sports technology, making sure tracking and event data is accurate and delivered on time.</p> <p data-start="716" data-end="855">You’ll lead Operators during live shifts, stay focused during game play, and give clear feedback to help improve our systems and processes.</p> <h3 data-start="857" data-end="880">Key Responsibilities</h3> <ul data-start="882" data-end="1379"> <li data-start="882" data-end="946">Lead a group of Operators across 1–2 football games per shift.</li> <li data-start="947" data-end="1040">Track and confirm key game events, including dead balls, stoppage time and similar moments.</li> <li data-start="1041" data-end="1120">Confirm teams, line-ups, players and player markings before and during games.</li> <li data-start="1121" data-end="1205">Stay focused during live ball situations and support accurate event data delivery.</li> <li data-start="1206" data-end="1296">Join post-game meetings and share clear feedback with Operators and Operations Managers.</li> <li data-start="1297" data-end="1379">Complete marking tasks that help improve the accuracy and design of our systems.</li> </ul> <h3 data-start="1381" data-end="1401">What You’ll Bring</h3> <ul data-start="1403" data-end="1927"> <li data-start="1403" data-end="1474">Strong attention to detail, even in loud or distracting environments.</li> <li data-start="1475" data-end="1543">Good communication skills, especially when working under pressure.</li> <li data-start="1544" data-end="1599">Confidence making quick decisions during live events.</li> <li data-start="1600" data-end="1672">Ability to work well with remote colleagues and live operations teams.</li> <li data-start="1673" data-end="1751">Strong punctuality and reliability for shifts linked to live game schedules.</li> <li data-start="1752" data-end="1842">Good working knowledge of Google and Microsoft tools, especially Excel or Google Sheets.</li> <li data-start="1843" data-end="1927">A proactive, adaptable and accountable approach to sensitive business information.</li> <li data-start="1843" data-end="1927">15-30 hours of availability each week.&nbsp;<br><br>*Each shift will last up to 6 hours, up to 30 hours per week which can be early mornings or late nights</li> </ul> <h3 data-start="1929" data-end="1960">It’ll Be a Bonus If You Know</h3> <ul data-start="1962" data-end="2129"> <li data-start="1962" data-end="2013">How to lead, train or support other team members.</li> <li data-start="2014" data-end="2079">How to report issues clearly and help improve team performance.</li> <li data-start="2080" data-end="2129">Live sports operations or event data workflows.</li> </ul> <p data-start="2335" data-end="2514"><em data-start="2335" data-end="2512">We enjoy an ‘office-first’ culture and maximize opportunities to collaborate, connect and learn together.
