<p>Responsible for the pilot production and expansion of the existing material pilot process.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Responsible for chemical process plan, equipment selection and engineering design.</p>

<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Qualifications:</strong></span></p>
<ul>
<li>
<p>Gender: no limit.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Major: Chemistry related major, organic synthesis, chemical engineering, etc.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Education and work experience: Master or above, with more than 5 years of organic synthesis work experience, fluorine chemical work experience is preferred.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Professional skill requirements:</p>
<ul>
<li>
<p>Familiar with the principles and methods of organic synthesis.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Familiar with chemical synthesis and distillation equipment and distillation operation.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Familiar with recrystallization process and equipment.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Familiar with solid-liquid separation process and equipment.</p>
</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>
<p>Work attitude requirements:</p>
<ul>
<li>
<p>Diligent, modest and progressive.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Obey the post transfer and job content transfer arrangement within the department.</p>
</li>
