<ul>
<li>Responsible for the pilot production and expansion of the existing material pilot process.</li>
<li>Responsible for chemical process plan, equipment selection and engineering design.</li>
</ul>
<p><br><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Qualifications</strong></span></p>
<ul>
<li>Major: Chemistry related major, organic synthesis, chemical engineering, etc.</li>
<li>Education and work experience: Master or above, with more than 5 years of organic synthesis work experience, fluorine chemical work experience is preferred.</li>
<li>Familiar with the principles and methods of organic synthesis.</li>
<li>Familiar with chemical synthesis and distillation equipment and distillation operation.</li>
<li>Familiar with recrystallization process and equipment.</li>
<li>Familiar with solid-liquid separation process and equipment.</li>
<li>Diligent, modest and progressive.</li>
<li>Obey the post transfer and job content transfer arrangement within the department.</li>
