What You’ll Do
Customer & Service Support
- Serve as a key point of contact for customers, technicians, and internal teams regarding service-related requests
- Deliver responsive, professional customer support with urgency and accuracy
- Assist with troubleshooting coordination, service updates, and operational communication
- Help ensure customers receive timely service support and equipment updates
Service Coordination & Operational Execution
- Schedule and dispatch service technicians efficiently
- Monitor and manage work in progress (WIP)
- Open, update, and close work orders accurately
- Support workload balancing and technician coordination
- Help improve service department workflow, communication, and operational efficiency
Administrative & Fleet Support
- Process warranty claims, fleet records, and service-related documentation
- Maintain accurate customer, service, and operational records
- Assist with rental equipment support, shipping/receiving coordination, and service administration
- Support reporting, compliance tracking, and operational documentation
Vendor & Internal Team Collaboration
- Coordinate with:

- Help maintain strong communication across departments to support smooth service execution
