<p>The incumbent must ensure the efficient processing and disposition of non-conforming (NC) materials and products – this includes, but is not limited to purchased components, parts, raw materials and return items.</p>
<p>The position requires excellent ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams, manage demand requirements and ensure the efficient movement and resolution of NC material concerns.</p>

<p><strong><u>ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:</u></strong></p>
<ul>
<li><strong>Coordinate MRB Processes:</strong> Track and manage all MRB materials, ensuring accurate and timely processing and disposition, both physically and within the ERP system.</li>
<li><strong>Document:</strong> Create and maintain non-conforming material records, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.</li>
<li><strong>Collaborate:</strong> Work with internal teams, including Quality, Manufacturing, Engineering, Supply Chain and Supplier Quality, to resolve material issues and implement corrective actions.</li>
<li><strong>Inventory Management:</strong> Maintain inventory accuracy of MRB materials and ensure proper storage and handling.</li>
<li><strong>Report:</strong> Generate and analyze MRB reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.</li>
<li><strong>Compliance:</strong> Ensure all MRB activities comply with relevant quality standards and regulatory requirements.</li>
<li><strong>Incoming Inspection:</strong> Oversee the incoming inspection process to identify non-conforming parts and materials.</li>
<li><strong>Source of Non-Conforming Parts:</strong> Manage non-conforming parts and materials found during incoming inspection, manufacturing and assembly, or during Quality Control and Test.</li>

<p><strong><u>COMPETENCIES:</u></strong></p>
<ul>
<li><strong>Skills:</strong> Strong organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced manufacturing environment</li>
<li><strong>Software:</strong> Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Access, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint)</li>
<li><strong>Technical Knowledge: </strong>Familiarity with quality management systems, CAPA processes, Lean manufacturing, continuous improvement initiatives and relevant regulatory standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 13485). Must have strong Problem Solving and Analytical abilities.</li>

<p><strong><u>EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:</u></strong></p>
<ul>
<li><strong>Education:</strong> High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field preferred.</li>
<li><strong>Experience:</strong> Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment, preferably in a regulated industry.</li>
<li>Prior experience in Quality Control and/or Quality Assurance is strongly preferred.</li>
<li>Prior experience with Infor (Syteline) ERP system is a plus.</li>
</ul>

<p><strong><u>PHYSICAL/MENTAL/ENVIRONMENTAL:</u></strong></p>
<p><em>Physical Demands</em>:</p>
<p> Activities: Sitting – <strong>25% </strong> Walking/Standing – 75<strong>%</strong></p>
<p> Lifting: Continuously lift up to 50 lbs.</p>
<p> Bending: Must be able to bend, squat, and climb.</p>
<p>Vision: Long periods of close work on computer screens, small fonts and fine print on drawings and ability to see small or detailed items.</p>
<p><em>Mental Demands</em>: Interpret, analyze, research and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.</p>
<p><em>Environment:</em> Shop/warehouse. Not climate controlled. Exposure to excessive heat and cold, wet/humid conditions, noise/vibration, hazards, dust and fumes.</p>
