Job Summary

We are seeking energetic and detail-oriented material handlers to support our shipping & receiving, inventory, and production operations.

This position is in Sunnyvale, CA and will require you to be full-time on-site.

Shift: 5:30am - 2:30pm Monday - Friday

Key Responsibilities

Teammate

• Ensure raw materials, products, and consumables are documented, handled, and managed with extreme accuracy and care.
• Collaborate across departments with engineering, quality assurance, service, facilities, finance, and accounting to streamline efforts and foster growth.

Processes

• Rapidly understand current Knightscope processes to a deep level.
• Assist in improving those processes to optimize efficiency and improve quality.
• Assist with all inventory audits.
• Use NetSuite ERP to manage: Work Orders, Purchase Orders, Sales Orders, and logistics.
• Assist in identifying and resolving non-conformance issues.

• Understand Lean practices and continuous improvement activities - ensure the workplace remains tidy (5S).
• Directly contributes to key performance indicators (KPIs) and improves our performance.

Required Qualifications

• 1-3 years’ experience material handling
• 2+ years in manufacturing environment
• Experience with NetSuite ERP, WMS, or similar enterprise systems.
• Proven track record of positively contributing and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience with a complex set of objectives and a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written & verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills, determination, and high attention to details.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: 25.00/hour to 27.00/hour (DOE)
