The Role:
- Plan and deliver engaging Mathematics lessons to students across Key Stages 3 and 4 (KS3 & KS4).
- Differentiate your teaching to cater to the diverse learning needs of all students.
- Assess student progress effectively and provide timely and constructive feedback.
- Contribute to the development of the Mathematics curriculum and departmental resources.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share best practice and enhance teaching and learning.
- Build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- A strong academic background in Mathematics.
- Proven experience teaching Mathematics at the secondary level.
- A passion for Mathematics and a commitment to inspiring students.
- Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to create a positive learning environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A commitment to the school's ethos and values.
