About the role
Sentry is looking for team members to join our growing crew. We’re seeking hardworking, mechanically minded individuals who enjoy hands-on work, solving problems, and seeing projects completed from start to finish.
Our crews work on a variety of industrial and agricultural projects including:
- Steel buildings
- Grain systems
- Ethanol plant shutdowns
- Equipment installation & maintenance
- Structural steel and facility upgrades
No two days are the same, and most work is local or regional.
Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain industrial and agricultural equipment
- Operate hand tools, power tools, lifts, and equipment
- Assist with welding, fabrication, and steel erection
- Read tape measures, layouts, and blueprints
- Work safely and efficiently with a crew
- Help keep jobsites, trucks, and equipment clean and organized
Qualifications
- Mechanically inclined with a strong work ethic
- Construction, welding, fabrication, ag, or industrial experience preferred
- Ability to work independently and with a team
- Comfortable working at heights and in physically demanding environments
- Valid driver’s license preferred
