Development team.  Position Scope and Responsibilities   Design & Analysis  <ul> <li>Lead mechanical design of battery cells and packs, including enclosures, interconnects, and structural components </li> <li>Design external enclosures for DC-BESS units, covering component placement, fixing and racking strategy, fluid and electrical routing, and IP compliance </li> <li>Create detailed 3D models, engineering drawings, and BOMs in SolidWorks </li> <li>Conduct tolerance stack-ups and FEA to validate design integrity and performance </li> <li>Select and qualify materials and components
