Main responsibilities:

• Independently lead design projects from concept to mass production
• Be responsible for design, development, and technical documentation
• Design and optimize construction solutions
• Analyze defects and propose corrective actions
• Create technical drawings, bills of materials, and specifications
• Assess technical risks and propose measures in compliance with standards
• Design components with a focus on strength, elasticity, and functional reliability
• Take an active approach to innovation – bringing new design solutions, especially in the field of mechanisms
• Design solutions in the context of the entire product – ability to think in terms of the final product as a whole
• Work with a variety of materials and technologies (metal parts, weldments, plastic moldings, mechanisms)

 

What we expect from you:

• Relevant university degree in a technical field
• English ideally at B2 level
• Knowledge of CAD software (SOLID EDGE is an advantage)
• 5–10 years of experience in a design engineer position
• Creativity and innovation
• Attention to detail, responsibility, reliability
