Manage capital projects, perform mechanical maintenance, organize downturn activities, execute preventive maintenance, and update documentation.
Responsibilities
- Drive culture towards world-class execution of TCOS safety initiatives and projects.
- Managing contractor bid jobs and T&M activities
- Evaluating capital needs and capital project planning/management
- Executing mechanical maintenance activities, both planned and unplanned.
- Develop engineered solutions to solve problems related to equipment, reliability and safety
- Supervising and directing hourly maintenance personnel as needed.
- Other duties as deemed necessary by Management
Qualifications
Required
- 4-year degree in Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent
- High level of safety awareness (LOTOTO, ELC’s, etc.) and proven safety record
- Industrial mechanical maintenance experience
- Troubleshooting and problem solving (Root Cause Analysis) skills
- Well organizational, with strong leadership and communication skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented
Preferred
- Mechanical preventative / predictive maintenance experience
- Project management and construction experience
