Assists Project Manager in coordinating activities of employees engaged in construction process, utilizing knowledge of equipment, techniques, procedures, and specifications.<strong data-ogsc="">&nbsp;</strong>This position is responsible for assisting craft supervision to coordinating activities of workers engaged in construction process, utilizing knowledge of equipment, techniques, procedures, and specifications.</div> <div data-ogsc="black"><strong data-ogsc="">&nbsp;</strong></div> <div data-ogsc="black"><strong data-ogsc="">Essential Job Responsibilities</strong></div> <ul> <li data-ogsc="black">Review project schedules with Superintendents/Foreman. Ensure that critical activities and decisions remain on schedule for the project management team.</li> <li data-ogsc="black"> <div data-ogsc="">Oversee field specific activities for industrial construction projects from setup to closeout related to the industries that Industrial Construction serves including energy, power, mining, manufacturing, pharma, etc.</div> </li> <li data-ogsc="black">Document project field issues that impact budget, quality, or schedule, and provide to the project management team.</li> <li data-ogsc="black">Respond to subcontractor requests for field issues that impact budget, quality, or schedule.</li> <li data-ogsc="black">Supervises the daily work of employees.</li> <li data-ogsc="black">Verifies conformance of finished work product, including overseeing compliance with all contract requirements.</li> <li data-ogsc="black">Ensure all safety and environmental requirements are met.</li> <li data-ogsc="black">Coordination of all labor, equipment, and subcontractor resources with Project subordinates and other Loenbro companies to ensure timely, cost-effective completion of project.</li> </ul> <div data-ogsc="black"><strong data-ogsc="">&nbsp;</strong></div> <div data-ogsc="black"><strong data-ogsc="">Minimum Qualifications</strong></div> <div data-ogsc="black"><strong data-ogsc="">Required:</strong></div> <ul> <li data-ogsc="black"> <div data-ogsc="">Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction of industrial &amp; commercial projects.</div> </li> <li data-ogsc="black"> <div data-ogsc="">Minimum of 6 years of experience in a leadership role overseeing mechanical craft trades.</div> </li> <li data-ogsc="black">Proficient with all Microsoft Office products.</li> <li data-ogsc="black">Completion of OSHA 30 or equivalent safety training.</li> <li data-ogsc="black">Ability to travel at least 75% of the time.</li> <li data-ogsc="black">Driver’s license with a clean driving record.</li> </ul> <div data-ogsc="black"><strong data-ogsc="">Preferred:</strong></div> <ul> <li data-ogsc="black">Experience with HCSS Heavy Job or similar job costing program.</li> <li data-ogsc="black">Experience with P6 or similar scheduling software.</li> <li data-ogsc="black">Experience with Viewpoint or similar account software.</li> <li data-ogsc="black"> <div data-ogsc="">Experience with Heavy Bid or similar estimating software.</div> </li> <li data-ogsc="black"> <div data-ogsc="">Engineering or Construction Management Degree preferred.</div> </li> </ul> <div data-ogsc="black"><strong data-ogsc="">&nbsp;</strong></div> <div data-ogsc="black"><strong data-ogsc="">Physical Demands and Work Environment</strong></div> <div data-ogsc="black">The physical demands and work environment described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
