From software developers and product managers to designers and strategists, Team UI is driven to achieve our common goal: Rethinking IT.&nbsp;At Ubiquiti, you’ll heighten your potential and broaden your horizons - all while shaping the future of connectivity.</p> <p></p></div><p><strong>Product Experience: NB, IOT, Mobile, Printers.&nbsp;&nbsp;</strong></p> <p>Responsibilities (What he/she will do after join UI):</p> <ul> <li>Design injection mold by CAD software independently</li> <li>Define tooling specification and initial tool design before RFQ</li> <li>Provide the suggestion to Mechanical Designer to de-risk from tooling perspective before tooling kick-off&nbsp;</li> <li>Review DFM and MFA (mold-flow report) to identify the potential risks on cosmetic, assembly, dimension, molding issues with vendors.</li> <li>Resolve tooling issues to minimize design change and moderate the impact of schedule</li> <li>Build up lesson learnt and molding database for project development of new generation.</li> <li>Drive new technologies of tooling and molding to optimized our projects</li> <li>Provide the assessment of each tooling vendor quarterly</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li>College or above</li> <li>At least 10 years of tooling fabrication, fitter, EDM, wire-cutting, in-house manufacturing</li> <li>5 years of tooling design by using CAD software independently</li> <li>Proficient knowledge of trial run on processing parameters and fine tune.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> <li>Familiar with characteristics of molding injection machines, and strong tool trial skills, need to identify the issues and set up the molding parameters to provide the solutions online.</li> <li>Experience in resolving all tooling issues, experience of die casting is preferable</li> <li>Excellent communication skills among cross-function teams to enhance work efficiency</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p>
