Job Description


What you will do :

Main Responsibilities:

1. Paid Media Campaign Management:

  • Management, optimization, and daily monitoring of paid campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, YouTube Ads, and Apple Search Ads

  • Execution and optimization of consideration-stage campaigns, including Demand Gen, YouTube, and upper/mid-funnel activations

  • Support with the setup and the deployment of paid strategies across multiple campaigns in France and other markets, in close collaboration with local and central teams

  • Contribution to testing and rollout of new paid media formats and solutions

2. Campaign Monitoring & Optimization:

  • Regular analysis of Search Query Reports (SQR) and campaign signals to optimize performance

  • Brand protection and trademark management on Google Ads

  • Continuous optimization of budgets, bids, targeting, and creatives based on performance data

  • Manage the production of creative asset batches in coordination with internal design teams

3. Reporting & Analytics:

  • Creation, maintenance, and evolution of dashboards in Looker Studio

  • Support and monitoring of measurement and tracking tools

  • Analytical support for test & learn initiatives across paid channels

  • Performance reporting support for branding and consideration campaigns

Qualifications

This role is excellent for a person with :

Technical & Professional Skills:

  • First hands-on experience is preferred in paid media or performance marketing
    (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, YouTube Ads, Apple Search Ads, or similar acquisition channels)

  • Strong interest in data analysis, performance and marketing efficiency

  • Good understanding of performance marketing KPIs across the full funnel

  • Comfortable working with reporting tools and large datasets

Soft Skills:

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

  • High level of attention to detail and quality-oriented mindset

  • Team player with the ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders and teams

  • Curiosity, willingness to learn, and adaptability in a dynamic environment.

Fluent English, both written and spoken, to work on international campaigns
