<p>La misión principal del puesto será analizar el rendimiento de campañas de medios y convertir los datos en insights accionables y recomendaciones de optimización.</p>
<p>Buscamos un perfil analítico, con capacidad para trabajar con datos de distintas fuentes y transformar la información en presentaciones claras y visualmente atractivas.<br><br><strong>¿Qué harás?</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Analizar el rendimiento de campañas de <strong>media</strong> (search, social, display, vídeo, etc.).</li>
<li>Integrar y analizar, cuando sea necesario, datos de <strong>social orgánico</strong> e <strong>influencer marketing</strong> para ofrecer una visión completa del rendimiento.</li>
<li>Identificar tendencias, oportunidades y áreas de mejora a partir de los resultados de campaña.</li>
<li>Elaborar recomendaciones basadas en datos sobre:</li>
<ul>
<li>Redistribución de inversión entre canales.</li>
<li>Optimización de audiencias y segmentaciones.</li>
<li>Rendimiento de creatividades y mensajes.</li>
<li>Oportunidades de mejora por canal.</li>
</ul>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Preparar presentaciones de reporting en PowerPoint con:</li>
<ul>
<li>Gráficos y tablas.</li>
<li>Resumen ejecutivo.</li>
<li>Principales conclusiones.</li>
<li>Insights y recomendaciones accionables.</li>
</ul>
<li>Limpiar, estructurar y validar datos procedentes de distintas fuentes.</li>
<li>Colaborar con equipos de medios, cuentas y analítica para asegurar la calidad y utilidad del reporting.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Conocimientos y experiencia:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Al menos 2 años de experiencia en posiciones similares de análisis de medios / marketing analytics </li>
<li>Experiencia demostrable analizando:</li>
<ul>
<li>Datos de media.</li>
<li>Social orgánico.</li>
<li>Campañas de influencer marketing.</li>
</ul>
<li>Capacidad para extraer insights y convertirlos en recomendaciones claras y accionables.</li>
<li>Nivel avanzado de Microsoft Excel</li>
<li><strong><u>Imprescindible nivel de inglés alto</u></strong>, hablado y escrito.</li>
<li>Conocimientos de <strong>Tableau</strong> o <strong>Power BI</strong> serán valorados positivamente.</li>
<li>Familiaridad con plataformas como <a href="https://ads.google.com?utm_source=chatgpt.com">Google Ads</a>, <a href="https://www.facebook.com/business/tools/ads-manager?utm_source=chatgpt.com">Meta Ads Manager</a>, <a href="https://analytics.google.com?utm_source=chatgpt.com">Google Analytics</a> o <a href="https://ads.tiktok.com?utm_source=chatgpt.com">TikTok Ads Manager</a>.</li>
