Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Media Buyer with a strong background in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries to lead paid media strategy, campaign execution, and performance optimization across multiple digital advertising channels. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in managing compliant healthcare advertising campaigns, scaling paid acquisition efforts, and driving measurable ROI while navigating industry regulations.

This role is ideal for a highly analytical and results-driven media buying professional with hands-on experience across Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, programmatic platforms, and healthcare-focused advertising strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and programmatic platforms.
  • Manage healthcare and pharmaceutical advertising campaigns while ensuring compliance with industry regulations and platform policies.
  • Develop audience targeting and acquisition strategies for patients, healthcare professionals, and healthcare organizations.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze KPIs, and optimize for ROAS, lead generation, and conversion growth.
  • Conduct A/B testing across creatives, messaging, audiences, and landing pages.
  • Manage advertising budgets and scale campaigns based on performance insights.
  • Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to develop high-performing healthcare-focused campaigns.
  • Prepare performance reports and provide strategic recommendations to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in media buying and paid advertising.
  • Proven experience within the pharmaceutical, healthcare, medical, or wellness industries.
  • Strong expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and programmatic advertising platforms.
  • Experience managing compliant healthcare and pharmaceutical marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of conversion tracking, attribution, retargeting, and campaign optimization.
  • Proficiency with analytics and reporting tools such as Google Analytics and Looker Studio.
  • Experience managing advertising budgets and optimizing for ROI.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
  • Experience working with remote or cross-functional teams is preferred.
