Job Summary 

We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Senior Media Buyer to spearhead high-scale paid acquisition efforts. In this role, you will be responsible for managing substantial advertising budgets, optimizing complex campaigns, and driving measurable growth. This is a high-impact position designed for a seasoned expert who thrives on data-driven decision-making and remains at the forefront of the ever-evolving digital landscape.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, execute, and manage full-funnel media buying strategies across primary digital platforms.
  • Monitor daily performance metrics to ensure KPIs are met and exceeded.
  • Conduct rigorous A/B testing on creative assets, landing pages, and audience segments.
  • Analyze large datasets to extract actionable insights and refine targeting parameters.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to provide data-backed feedback on high-converting ad content.
  • Manage budget allocations and scaling strategies to maximize ROI and efficiency.
  • Stay ahead of platform updates, industry trends, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of professional experience in digital media buying and paid acquisition.
  • Proven track record of managing significant monthly ad spends (e.g., $100k+) across platforms like Meta, Google, or TikTok.
  • Deep technical proficiency with platform algorithms, tracking implementation, and attribution modeling.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to turn raw data into strategic growth plans.
  • High level of autonomy and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment.
  • Strong communication skills to articulate performance results and strategic shifts.
  • Experience with multi-channel attribution software and advanced analytics tools.
  • Background in direct-to-consumer (DTC) or e-commerce scaling.
  • Creative strategy experience or basic proficiency in ad design principles.
