Role Overview:
We’re seeking an experienced Senior Media Buyer responsible for managing and optimizing Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaigns for high-ticket service-based businesses, with a focus on lead quality, conversion rates, and ROI.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads
- Manage day-to-day campaign operations:
- Budget allocation
- Audience management
- Creative deployment
- Performance monitoring
- Analyze campaign data and identify opportunities to:
- Improve CPL
- Increase conversion rates
- Enhance lead quality
- Implement and optimize conversion tracking systems (pixels, events, funnels)
- Continuously run and evaluate A/B tests (creatives, hooks, offers, audiences)
- Apply CRO principles to improve funnel performance (ads → landing pages → booking)
- Work within and execute pre-defined frameworks/models (no need to build strategy from scratch)
- Collaborate with team members on:
- Ad creatives (concept to live execution)
- Copywriting improvements
- Utilize AI tools to enhance:
- Creative testing
- Data analysis
- Campaign optimization
- Deliver clear, data-backed performance insights and recommendations.
Requirements
- 5+ years of proven experience as a Media Buyer or Paid Media Specialist
- Deep expertise in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Proven experience managing:
- High-ticket service businesses
- Lead generation funnels
- Strong background in Campaign optimization, Performance analysis, and CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization)
- Experience with Funnel tracking (pixels, events, attribution).
- Ability to execute within an existing framework without needing to redefine strategy
- Experience in U.S. healthcare or medical-related campaigns is a nice to have.
