About the role
Media Designer – Digital and Print – Specialization in Print Media
Core Responsibilities
Concept & Design:
Development of layouts and designs for brochures, flyers, posters, magazines, and other print media; understanding of corporate identity guidelines as the foundation for design development.
Typesetting & Final Artwork:
Creation of print-ready files, color management, and typography.
Prepress:
Preparation and checking of print data; coordination with project management (internal and external clients).
Client Consulting:
Gathering of requirements, presentation of drafts, adjustments based on feedback.
Project Management:
Planning and organization of production workflows, adherence to deadlines and budgets.
Professional Skills
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and After Effects for creating animated assets)
- Knowledge of printing techniques, paper types, and color management
- Experience with PDF/X standards and preflight checks
- Strong sense for typography, layout, and corporate design
- Basic knowledge of media law (copyright, licensing rights)

Qualifications
- Education: Media Designer Digital and Print (IHK), specialization in Print
