This opportunity required in office, hybrid participation in either our Cleveland or Chicago offices.</p>
<p>You will:</p>
<ul>
<li data-section-id="9z0eyz" data-start="46" data-end="196">Develop and execute strategic media plans across digital and social channels, optimizing campaign performance to achieve client objectives and maximize ROI.</li>
<li data-section-id="15o5rtw" data-start="197" data-end="352">Manage high-budget digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, increasing brand awareness, audience engagement, and conversion performance.</li>
<li data-section-id="k2mic4" data-start="353" data-end="527">Monitor, analyzed and evaluated campaign results using analytics and reporting tools, providing actionable insights and recommendations to drive continuous optimization.</li>
<li data-section-id="ibg85b" data-start="528" data-end="701">Create comprehensive end-of-campaign reports and presentation decks, delivering performance analyses, key learnings, and strategic recommendations for future initiatives.</li>
<li data-section-id="1w7zfci" data-start="702" data-end="888">Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including account management, creative, and operations, to ensure seamless campaign execution and alignment with overall marketing objectives.</li>
<li data-section-id="1oycv93" data-start="889" data-end="1057">Oversee media billing, budget reconciliation, and ad trafficking processes, ensuring accurate campaign delivery, financial accountability, and adherence to timelines.</li>
<li data-section-id="1c348yk" data-start="1058" data-end="1222">Present campaign performance updates and strategic recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders, fostering transparency and data-driven decision-making.</li>
<li data-section-id="1mujjg9" data-start="1223" data-end="1379" data-is-last-node="">Support the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, ensuring consistency across channels and successful achievement of business goals.</li>
