About the role

We are seeking a full-time media monitor as part of our growing media intelligence team. The position will involve working across our print, broadcast, podcast & online teams to collate media coverage to report to our clients.

ABOUT DIGITAL MEDIA SERVICES

Founded in 2002, DMS is a full-service creative digital agency, providing content production, management, localisation, distribution and media monitoring for global entertainment, arts and culture, lifestyle and sports brands. Headquartered in London, with offices in Los Angeles and Sydney, DMS’ clients include all the major feature film studios, leading film distributors, broadcasters, sports associations and brands.

THE OPPORTUNITY FOR YOU

The team provides qualitative insights to help enhance and support media campaigns, enabling clients to understand effectiveness quickly and accurately. We cover numerous territories across the globe on a daily basis, this person will provide support to ensure all coverage is relevant and accurate before making it available to our clients.

THE ROLE

  • Read and scan print press online articles according to client briefs
  • Monitor TV, radio & podcast for relevant coverage
  • Identify media to be captured and stored accordingly
  • Management of internal database, updating client campaigns and search terms
  • Create reports for clients to defined deadlines
  • Provide internal reporting for client services team
  • Be fully cross-trained in other areas of the media intelligence team, assisting when required
  • Rotating weekend shifts

Requirements

  • Good spoken and written English
  • Ability to provide first-class customer service in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
  • Self-motivated, enjoy working independently, collaboratively and proactively
  • Willingness to embrace flexibility in responding to operational demands
  • Good understanding of basic computer software and hardware
  • Aptitude and determination to gain new skills and apply them quickly
  • Good time management skills
  • Good attention to detail
  • An interest and good knowledge of the film and music industries would be advantageous
  • An interest in broadcast, podcast and press media industries would be advantageous.
