<p><strong>Overview:</strong> </p>
<p>We are seeking a highly analytical and naturally curious Media Data Operations Specialist to join our Performance Analytics team supporting Virgin Voyages. This role requires a unique blend of deep data operations expertise and a "customer service" mindset. You will not only manage complex data ingestion and QA across multiple media platforms but also translate that data into compelling stories, actionable insights, and accurate financial pacing for internal teams and clients.</p>
<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li><strong>Data Operations & QA:</strong> Manage daily data ingestion, classification, and quality assurance across 20+ API and non-API vendors (Meta, TikTok, SA360, CM360, DV360, etc.). Validate data against Tableau dashboards and GA4.</li>
<li><strong>Daily Rhythm & Delivery:</strong> Be comfortable thriving in a structured daily rhythm. You’ll manage morning reporting cadences, helping the team hit a key daily milestone of validating and QAing data feeds.</li>
<li><strong>Budgeting & Forecasting:</strong> Transform and load daily budget data into reporting systems (Halo/MPP) to reflect revised media plans. Update the Projected Sessions & Bookings Excel model using daily media spend.</li>
<li><strong>Reporting & Insights:</strong> Own the weekly SIA Performance Report (including the pacing tab) and manage time-sensitive ad-hoc data pulls. Analyze trends, identify anomalies, and write concise insights for media and strategy teams.</li>
<li><strong>Tracking, Pixels & MMM Support:</strong> Manage quarterly "Booking Confirmation QA" by auditing live pixels and floodlights via GTM. Additionally, extract, compile, and format prior-quarter data for Analytic Partners (AP), coordinating iterations to resolve any data discrepancies.</li>
<li><strong>Stakeholder Collaboration & Storytelling:</strong> Act as the connective tissue between data and media teams. Ask "why" data is trending a certain way, investigate variances, and clearly articulate findings to internal stakeholders.</li>
<li><strong>Vendor Management:</strong> Coordinate with non-API vendors to ensure timely delivery of weekly/monthly spend files. Define tracking requirements and support end-to-end testing for the onboarding of new vendors.</li>

<p><strong>What We Are Looking For:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li><strong>Curiosity & Drive:</strong> You don't just report the numbers; you dig deeper to find the root cause and are excited to bring solutions to the team.</li>
<li><strong>Interpersonal Skills:</strong> Strong ability to build relationships and communicate effectively (fluent English required). You are comfortable reaching out to cross-functional teams and external vendors to track down answers.</li>
<li><strong>Technical Proficiency:</strong> Solid experience managing data or trafficking in major ad platforms (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, etc.). Hands-on experience with enterprise tools like CM360, DV360, or SA360 is a huge plus, but we are open to quick learners with a strong digital media and operations background. You must also have advanced Excel manipulation skills, web analytics (GA4), and a foundational understanding of conversion tracking (Pixels, Floodlights, GTM). Experience with BI tools is required (Tableau is our primary tool, but experience with Looker Studio/Data Studio or Power BI is a strong plus).</li>
<li><strong>Detail-Oriented:</strong> Impeccable attention to detail when classifying campaigns, QAing data feeds, updating projection formulas, and reconciling monthly spend.</li>
