Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with patients and medical professionals.
Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in patient information and medical documentation.
Proficiency in using medical software and office applications, such as word processors and spreadsheet tools.
Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare processes is advantageous.
