Come join us!</p> <p><strong>Description</strong></p> <p>We are looking for a Medical Assistant passionate about delivering patient-centered care and<br>supporting an interdisciplinary care team in a busy women’s health practice. You will play a<br>critical role in ensuring smooth day-to-day practice operations in addition to managing a range<br>of clinical and administrative responsibilities. The ideal candidate is excited about the<br>opportunity to deliver a clinically and operationally excellent and compassionate patient<br>experience for women and their families.</p> <p><strong>What you’ll do</strong></p> <ul> <li>Support provider workflows to ensure smooth operations, including: <ul> <li>Room patients, including taking vital signs and ensuring intake information is<br>correctly listed in patient charts</li> <li>Turnover rooms at the end of visits, including cleaning and sterilizing equipment<br>after use</li> <li>Support providers during in-office gynecological procedures and exams</li> <li>Other clinical duties as requested</li> </ul> </li> <li>Assist with drawing and interpretation of patient labs, including: <ul> <li>Blood draws</li> <li>Point-of-care (POC) tests (e.g. UPT, COVID, influenza, glucose, etc.)</li> <li>Vaccine administration</li> </ul> </li> <li>Support operational processes to ensure a clean and high-functioning space: <ul> <li>Maintain clinical inventory list ensuring it's up to date and we always have<br>adequate medical supplies</li> <li>Stock exam rooms and procedure rooms with medical supplies, linens, etc.</li> <li>Support with medical records management</li> <li>Assist with light housekeeping duties</li> <li>Adhere to established practice policies and procedures and follow state and<br>federal regulations</li> </ul> </li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma/GED</li> <li>CMA and phlebotomy certified</li> <li>Strong computer skills and familiarity with EMRs</li> </ul> <p><strong>Benefits</strong></p> <ul> <li>Competitive compensation</li> <li>401(k) with employer match</li> <li>Paid time off</li> <li>Paid parental leave&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p><strong>Diana Health Culture</strong></p> <ul> <li>Having a growth mindset and striving for continuous learning and improvement</li> <li>Positive, can do / how can I help attitude</li> <li>Empathy for our team and our clients</li> <li>Taking ownership and driving to results</li> <li>Being scrappy and resourceful</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p>
