Your role is pivotal in maintaining high patient satisfaction through the delivery of exceptional service.&nbsp;&nbsp;</span></p> <p class="ignore-global-css"><strong class="ignore-global-css"><span class="ignore-global-css">Duties and Responsibilities:&nbsp;</span></strong></p> <ul class="ignore-global-css"> <li class="ignore-global-css"><span class="ignore-global-css">Serve as a Medical Assistant for the designated provider(s).&nbsp;</span></li> <li class="ignore-global-css"><span class="ignore-global-css">Assist providers with their "Inbox" and manage prescription refills and faxes.&nbsp;</span></li> <li class="ignore-global-css"><span class="ignore-global-css">Assist in rooming patients, ensuring familiarity with the rooming process and intake procedures.&nbsp;</span></li> <li class="ignore-global-css"><span class="ignore-global-css">Prepare, stock, clean, and maintain examination and treatment rooms and equipment.&nbsp;</span></li> <li class="ignore-global-css"><span class="ignore-global-css">Prepare patient charts, including incorporation of outside lab results and visit notes from other providers, and ensure lab reports and diagnostic test results are collected.&nbsp;</span></li> <li class="ignore-global-css"><span class="ignore-global-css">Contribute to patient chart documentation.&nbsp;</span></li> <li class="ignore-global-css"><span class="ignore-global-css">Execute all duties and responsibilities within the Electronic Health Record (EHR) and Electronic Practice Management (EPM) systems in accordance with standardized protocols.&nbsp;</span></li> <li class="ignore-global-css"><span class="ignore-global-css">Deliver patient education, accompany patients to the front office for scheduling.&nbsp;</span></li> <li class="ignore-global-css"><span class="ignore-global-css">Handle callbacks and respond to patient portal tasks and inquiries promptly.&nbsp;</span></li> <li class="ignore-global-css"><span class="ignore-global-css">Crosstrain in various clinic areas, including laboratory, phlebotomy and front desk duties &nbsp;</span></li> <li class="ignore-global-css"><span class="ignore-global-css">as needed and able.&nbsp;</span></li> <li class="ignore-global-css"><span class="ignore-global-css">Attend and complete department and clinical meetings and trainings as scheduled.&nbsp;&nbsp;</span></li> <li class="ignore-global-css"><span class="ignore-global-css">Adhere to and enforce all HIPAA and OSHA compliance laws and regulations.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</span></li> <li class="ignore-global-css"><span class="ignore-global-css">Adhere to OnePeak Medical's policies and procedures, as outlined in the Employee Handbook and Policies.&nbsp;&nbsp;</span></li> <li class="ignore-global-css"><span class="ignore-global-css">Perform additional responsibilities as required in support of OnePeak Medical.&nbsp;&nbsp;</span></li> <li class="ignore-global-css"><span class="ignore-global-css">Demonstrate flexibility and the ability to meet business needs, potentially traveling to other clinics.&nbsp;&nbsp;</span></li> <li class="ignore-global-css"><span class="ignore-global-css">May be required to drive personal vehicle.
