You will dive deep into the requirements of the healthcare industry and create the "blueprint" for success for future Medical Assistants, Phlebotomists, and CNAs.</p> <h3><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h3> <p>Your work will directly influence the career paths of thousands of students. You will be responsible for:</p> <ul> <li><strong>Strategic Research:</strong> Investigating certification pathways, state-by-state regulations, and the evolving challenges of the medical assistant profession.</li> <li><strong>Expert Content Creation:</strong> Drafting authoritative articles, "Day in the Life" guides, and career roadmaps for aspiring allied health workers.</li> <li><strong>Multimedia Storytelling:</strong> Scripting and recording short-form video content that highlights the daily realities, skills, and rewards of working in a clinical setting.</li> <li><strong>Resource Development:</strong> Identifying "pain points" for students and developing checklists or study guides to help them succeed.</li> </ul> <h3><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></h3> <ul> <li><strong>Career Alignment:</strong> You are currently a pre-med student or aspiring toward a career as a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA), CNA, Nurse, or Technician.</li> <li><strong>Strong Communicator:</strong> You can translate complex medical or regulatory information into engaging, fluent English for a wide audience.</li> <li><strong>Digital Native:</strong> Comfortable recording video content and using digital research tools.</li> <li><strong>Detail-Oriented:</strong> You have a "clinical" eye for detail and can ensure all research is accurate and up-to-date.</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Qualifications</strong></h3> <ul> <li>High School Diploma or GED.</li> <li>Must be 18 years of age or older.</li> <li>Legally authorized to work in the United States.</li> <li>Ability to pass a mandatory background check.</li> </ul> <h3><strong>About Springboard</strong></h3> <p>Springboard is a leading provider of Allied Health training, recognized for our hands-on externships and personalized student support.
