About the role
<p>We are currently seeking <strong>Medical Device and</strong> <strong>Digital Health Lawyers</strong> for a variety of healthcare clients. </p>
<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Provide expert legal advice and guidance to clients on data privacy and security, telemedicine, mobile health applications, electronic health records, artificial intelligence, and medical device regulations.</li>
<li>Assess and monitor compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards related to digital health operations.</li>
<li>Develop and implement compliance programs to ensure adherence to legal requirements and best practices.</li>
<li>Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and licenses related to digital health products and services.</li>
<li>Ensure contracts are in compliance with applicable laws and protect the interests of the clients.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Minimum Qualifications: </strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Minimum of 8 years of relevant legal experience, preferably in healthcare law, technology law, or a related field.</li>
<li>In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA, HITECH Act, FDA regulations) and technology-related laws (e.g., data protection, cybersecurity, telecommunication laws).</li>
<li>Strong understanding of digital health technologies, including electronic health records, telemedicine platforms, wearables, and health applications.</li>
<li>Proven experience in contract drafting, negotiation, and review related to technology and healthcare. </li>

<p><span data-contrast="auto">The estimated total compensation for full-time Axiom attorney roles is $104,500-325,000 per year and for non-attorney roles is $71,250-309,750 per year.</span><strong><span data-contrast="auto"> </span></strong><span data-contrast="auto">Compensation decisions are based on various factors, including, but not limited to, experience, skills, certifications, location, and business needs.
