• Provide medical leadership and mentorship to associate veterinarians
  
  
• Foster a positive, collaborative team environment that delivers exceptional patient care
  
  
• Partner with the Practice Manager to support daily operations and staff development
  
  
• Lead team meetings, conduct performance reviews, and support professional growth
  
  
• Develop and monitor medical protocols, compliance standards, and best practices
  
  
• Collaborate with Regional Operations leadership on strategic planning and practice vision
  
  
• Promote a culture of ethical, gold-standard veterinary medicine and financial sustainability
  
  

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree or equivalent from an accredited institution
  
  
• Active veterinary license in good standing
  
  
• 5+ years of clinical veterinary practice experience preferred
  
  
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage teams using emotional intelligence
  
  
• Strong communication, organization, and delegation abilities
  
  
• Commitment to the highest standards of veterinary medicine and ethics
