The Role
- Serve as CardioScan's primary customer-facing representative across clinic and hospital settings throughout Thailand, managing territory planning and executing a structured weekly and monthly sales schedule
- Achieve monthly sales targets by assessing customer needs, delivering compelling product demonstrations, and leveraging persuasive selling skills to engage and influence targeted physicians to prescribe CardioScan services
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships by keeping detailed account records, monitoring buying trends, and delivering consistently high-quality service
- Collaborate with the Thailand sales team to develop and implement brand strategies, while also operating autonomously to make front-line decisions and recommend process improvements
- Report to the General Manager Thailand, preparing and submitting weekly updates and monthly sales reports, and attending meetings, training sessions, and relevant symposium circuits
About You
Must Haves
- 1–2 years of sales or specialist experience within a medical product or similar commercial healthcare environment
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced, target-driven role
- Strong communication skills in both Thai and English (written and verbal), with the ability to simplify complex clinical or technical information
- Highly self-motivated, organised, and comfortable working autonomously with minimal supervision
- Willingness and ability to travel within the assigned territory
Nice to Haves
- Proficiency with platforms such as Salesforce, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Office 365
- Experience developing and executing brand or territory strategies in collaboration with a wider sales team
- Familiarity with medical equipment software and the ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues at customer sites
- Demonstrated ability to identify and capitalise on new business opportunities to deepen existing customer relationships
