<p><strong>Location: &nbsp;</strong><span data-teams="true">This position may be performed remotely, but requires the flexibility and willingness to travel as needed.</span></p> <p><strong>The Opportunity</strong></p> <p><span data-contrast="auto">Praxis is&nbsp;seeking&nbsp;a highly organized and proactive Meeting Planner to lead the planning and execution of meetings and events that support our Commercial, Medical, and&nbsp;Corporate&nbsp;objectives. This role manages a portfolio of HCP, patient, speaker, advisory board, congress-related, and internal meetings, ensuring exceptional execution, compliance, and attendee experience.</span><span data-ccp-props="{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559740&quot;:259}">&nbsp;</span></p> <p><span data-contrast="auto">Success in this role requires strong project management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple complex programs simultaneously. The ideal candidate&nbsp;anticipates&nbsp;challenges, develops practical solutions, builds strong cross-functional relationships, and consistently delivers results with excellence.</span><span data-ccp-props="{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559740&quot;:259}">&nbsp;</span></p> <p><strong>Primary Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead end-to-end planning and execution of HCP, patient, speaker, advisory board, congress-related, and internal meetings across in-person, virtual, and hybrid formats.</li> <li>Manage meeting logistics including venue sourcing, contracting, registration, travel, attendee communications, production, and onsite execution.</li> <li>Partner with Commercial, Medical Affairs, Compliance, Finance, and other stakeholders to define objectives, budgets, timelines, and success measures.</li> <li>Manage agencies, vendors, and suppliers to ensure high-quality execution, strong service levels, and budget adherence. Ensure all meetings comply with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.</li> <li>Monitor budgets, reconcile expenses, identify process improvements, and support congress planning activities.
