We are flexible with the specific dates.</div> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div><strong>About the role..</strong></div> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div>We are looking for someone studying hospitality or events management who is seeking an unpaid educational learning experiences. We are looking for a Membership Events intern (sw. LIA &amp; Praktikant) to support and collaborate with Member Event Manager on identifying, plan and execute member events. You are communicative, curious and organized.</div> <div> <p>You are at the core of creating connections between our members through allowing them to participate and host events - on the other side you need to structure and track costs and planning of events to fit budget and targets.</p> <p>This role will include working evenings and weekends.</p> </div> <div>Your tasks include but are not limited to support in:</div> <div> <ul> <li><span lang="en-US">Identify and brainstorm creative ideas for events</span></li> <li><span lang="en-US">Executing and hosting events</span></li> <li><span lang="en-US">Internal and external communication regarding events</span></li> <li><span lang="en-US">Administration of past, current and future events</span></li> </ul> <p><span lang="en-US"><strong>Requirements..</strong></span></p> <p><span lang="en-US">For this role you need to be sociable and proactive. You need to enjoy interacting with our members and guests and be a good communicator as well as problem-solver.&nbsp;<br>Preferrably you can say yes to the following:</span></p> <ul> <li><span lang="en-US">Available and thriving day and night time</span></li> <li><span lang="en-US">Active within or interest in the creative fields</span></li> <li>Languages: English, Swedish</li> <li>Culturally aware, with finger on the pulse</li> <li>Excellent writing and grammar skills, combined with the ability to easily adapt to the brand’s tone of voice</li> <li>Knowledge of the social media landscape and passion for the industry</li> <li>A proactive self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment</li> <li>A natural team player, who can work with individuals of all experience levels</li> <li>Prior experience within hospitality and/ or events is a plus</li> </ul> </div> <p>We will be conducting interviews on an ongoing basis until we find the right candidate.<br>Please note that we will be away for the summer during week 29 and 30.</p> <p>We are looking forward to hearing from you!</p>
