Member of Accounting, Finance Transformation & Strategic Initiatives

The Finance team is seeking a versatile individual with experience at the intersection of Finance, Digital Assets, and Technology to lead our global automation strategy and support our most important strategic initiatives. In this role, you will own the finance transformation roadmap, translating complex financial needs into scalable, compliant, and audit-ready solutions. You will also serve as the critical link between Accounting, Engineering, and Product to ensure our infrastructure and processes keep pace with rapid growth.

Beyond transformation, you will play a central role in standing up new strategic business initiatives by coordinating the planning and execution of the Finance work required to support them. Because managing cross-functional partners is a key element of the role, building effective working relationships across a wide range of stakeholders is essential. Ultimately, strong oral and written communication skills will be critical to your success.
