What You’ll Do:
Own how users discover us across search, content, and organic channels.
Build, test, and ship experiments that drive measurable growth, not vanity metrics.
Work directly with engineers and designers to make the product more discoverable and performant.
Dive deep into data, keywords, and crawl behavior, then turn insights into action.
Create and maintain systems, not spreadsheets: internal linking, schema, sitemaps, performance.
Treat SEO as a product surface, not a marketing checklist.
About You:
3+ years in SEO or organic growth, with a record of driving real user acquisition, not just ranking reports.
Deep understanding of technical SEO, structured data, crawl optimization, and content discoverability.
You know when to automate, when to analyze, and when to ship.
You care more about the user journey than keyword density.
You have probably built your own tools or scripts to debug, test, or monitor performance.
Comfortable working with engineers or even committing a PR yourself.
High ownership, low ego. You move fast, measure everything, and ship what matters.
Work-life balance. Boundaries. Weekends. Not how obsession works.
