Member of Technical Staff

• Design and implement autonomous AI agents that can understand and execute complex supply chain workflows
• Build reliable orchestration systems for LLM-powered applications

Core Requirements

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience with Python and core data science libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn)
• 3+ years of frontend development with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Proficient in modern frontend frameworks like React.js and Next.js
• Experience building real-time UIs using WebSockets and/or real-time databases
• Strong understanding of various database types: relational (SQL), document, columnar, key-value, and graph
• Proven experience building production-grade AI agents and workflow systems, including observability, evaluation frameworks, and memory management
• Skilled at optimizing small language models for scalability and accuracy
• Comfortable deploying across major cloud providers (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Deep understanding of AI safety, security, and compliance best practices

Bonus

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science or a related field
• Strong machine learning foundation with a pulse on the latest in Generative AI
• Experience building frontend applications with Next.js
• Familiarity with Agile development practices and fast iteration cycles
• Natural leadership and clear communication skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity and move fast
• Hands-on experience with LLM orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex)
