Set within busy, high-traffic clubs in Melbourne's west, this role puts you right at the centre of the action. It’s fast-paced, social, and built for someone who enjoys being on the front line of both member experience and growth.

This is a role where presence matters.

You’ll be the person people remember — the one who makes them feel comfortable walking in, confident signing up, and motivated to come back.

Day to day, that looks like:

  • Setting the tone from the front — welcoming, engaging, and energising every interaction

  • Turning enquiries into memberships through natural, confident conversations

  • Showcasing the club through tours that connect people to the space and their goals

  • Building relationships that lead to referrals, retention, and a strong sense of community

  • Keeping the club flowing — supporting operations and contributing to a team that performs

This club runs busy — and this role sits across key peak periods.

You must be available for:

  • Monday: 10:00am – 7:00pm

  • Tuesday: 10:00am – 7:00pm

  • Saturday: 9:00am – 2:00pm

These shifts are essential to the role and not flexible.

  • Strong interpersonal skills — you know how to make people feel comfortable, quickly

  • A natural drive to hit targets and perform

  • Initiative — you don’t wait for direction, you create momentum

  • Full availability for the required shifts

  • An interest in health, fitness, or lifestyle-focused environments

  • Hourly rate + super + commission potential
