<p>&nbsp;</p> <h3 data-start="164" data-end="193"><strong data-start="168" data-end="191">Membership Director</strong></h3> <p data-start="194" data-end="222"><strong data-start="194" data-end="220">Intown Golf Club (IGC)</strong></p> <p data-start="224" data-end="596">We are seeking a Membership Director — a dynamic, relationship-driven professional passionate about building community and connecting people through shared experiences. This is a high-impact, front-facing role responsible for developing and managing the club’s membership base, cultivating meaningful relationships, and ensuring a vibrant and engaged member culture.</p> <p data-start="598" data-end="790">This role reports directly to the General Manager and works closely with the Corporate Membership and Marketing teams to ensure alignment with IGC’s brand standards and growth goals.</p> <hr data-start="792" data-end="795"> <h3 data-start="797" data-end="821"><strong data-start="801" data-end="819">What You’ll Do</strong></h3> <p data-start="823" data-end="1033"><strong data-start="823" data-end="868">Recruit, Qualify, and Onboard New Members</strong> – Identify, engage, and convert prospective members through calls, tours, and events. Ensure all applicants align with the club’s culture and membership criteria.</p> <p data-start="1035" data-end="1228"><strong data-start="1035" data-end="1062">Drive Membership Growth</strong> – Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaigns and host events that generate excitement and awareness, leading to new member acquisition and retention.</p> <p data-start="1230" data-end="1412"><strong data-start="1230" data-end="1261">Foster Member Relationships</strong> – Maintain ongoing communication with prospective and existing members, ensuring personalized touchpoints that reinforce the club’s community ethos.</p> <p data-start="1414" data-end="1586"><strong data-start="1414" data-end="1446">Manage Membership Operations</strong> – Maintain CRM records, track analytics, prepare weekly reports for leadership, and ensure a seamless and professional member experience.</p> <p data-start="1588" data-end="1744"><strong data-start="1588" data-end="1622">Collaborate Cross-Functionally</strong> – Partner with operations, marketing, and event teams to align membership initiatives with the overall club experience.</p> <hr data-start="1746" data-end="1749"> <h3 data-start="1751" data-end="1783"><strong data-start="1755" data-end="1781">What We’re Looking For</strong></h3> <p data-start="1785" data-end="1972"><strong data-start="1785" data-end="1819">Sales &amp; Relationship Expertise</strong> – Proven track record of success in sales, business development, or membership management, ideally in hospitality, private clubs, or lifestyle brands.</p> <p data-start="1974" data-end="2119"><strong data-start="1974" data-end="2009">Driven &amp; Organized Professional</strong> – A self-starter with a strong sense of urgency, exceptional communication skills, and attention to detail.</p> <p data-start="2121" data-end="2260"><strong data-start="2121" data-end="2154">Strategic Thinker &amp; Connector</strong> – Understands how to build a strong member network and community culture through thoughtful engagement.</p> <p data-start="2262" data-end="2385"><strong data-start="2262" data-end="2285">Hospitality Mindset</strong> – Passionate about creating warm, welcoming experiences for every prospective and current member.</p> <hr data-start="2387" data-end="2390"> <h3 data-start="2392" data-end="2424"><strong data-start="2396" data-end="2422">Experience &amp; Education</strong></h3> <ul data-start="2426" data-end="2731"> <li data-start="2426" data-end="2508"> <p data-start="2428" data-end="2508">3+ years of experience in sales, membership, or client relationship management</p> </li> <li data-start="2509" data-end="2564"> <p data-start="2511" data-end="2564">Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required</p> </li> <li data-start="2565" data-end="2619"> <p data-start="2567" data-end="2619">Proficient in CRM systems and sales tracking tools</p> </li> <li data-start="2620" data-end="2670"> <p data-start="2622" data-end="2670">Strong written and verbal communication skills</p> </li> <li data-start="2671" data-end="2731"> <p data-start="2673" data-end="2731">Background or passion for golf and hospitality preferred</p> </li> </ul> <hr data-start="2733" data-end="2736"> <h3 data-start="2738" data-end="2774"><strong data-start="2742" data-end="2772">Why Join Intown Golf Club?</strong></h3> <p data-start="2776" data-end="3046">At IGC, you’ll have the opportunity to help shape the culture and growth of one of the most innovative private social clubs in the country.
