<p><span data-contrast="none">The Membership Quality & Reputation Team is responsible for ensuring the quality of GLG Network Members. As a Membership Quality & Reputation Associate, you will be focused on screening Network Member profiles for potential quality issues. You thrive in an ever-changing ambiguous environment, multitasking between various responsibilities. </span><span data-contrast="auto">In this role you will develop strong, actionable business skills – including time management, prioritization, communication, and problem solving.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559740":240}"> </span></p>
<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong><span data-contrast="none">Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:</span></strong><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559740":240}"> </span></span></p>
<ul>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Effectively manage incoming cases related to existing reports and dashboards</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559740":240}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="none">Investigate quality issues that are escalated from other GLG teams</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559740":240}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="none">Conduct in-depth research on issues/concerns identified using proprietary databases and/or public domain, supporting senior team members on all aspects of quality engagements.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559740":240}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Ensure that risks are identified, assessed, managed, and reported in a timely manner.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559740":240}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Collaborate and work closely with global teams in a distributed environment,</span><span data-contrast="none"> to protect the integrity of all GLG engagements and to ensure that Network Member profiles are complete, accurate and up to date.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559740":240}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="none">Provide feedback on new processes, guidelines, and protocols to improve the decision-making process around Network Management quality issues</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559740":240}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="none">Communicate with Network Members and internal stakeholders to resolve any outstanding concerns</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559740":240}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="none">Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559740":240}"> </span></li>
</ul>

<li><span data-contrast="auto">Ability to work EMEA hours</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559740":240}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Prior experience communicating with internal and external parties across regions and time zones</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559740":240}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Fluent in English (oral and written communication) </span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559740":240}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Strong academics with 1 to 2 years of relevant industry experience. Preference will be given to candidates with a background in corporate governance, risk management, quality control, internal audit, or equivalent role</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559740":240}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="none">Strong written and verbal communication skills using a variety of communication channels (telephone, e-mail, in-person, etc.), with experience handling challenging situations and conversations</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559740":240}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Possess excellent Internet-based research skills. Familiarity with using Internet-based investigative tools would be an added advantage.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559740":240}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="none">Demonstrated commitment and attention to detail</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559740":240}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="none">Proven ability to work independently in a fast-moving environment</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559740":240}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="none">Ability to work effectively independently and collaboratively in a team</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559740":240}"> </span></li>
