<p><span data-contrast="none">Maritime is one of the most technically demanding and least digitised industries in the world. The systems we build have real operational impact — vessel management, fleet intelligence, port operations. <p><span data-contrast="none">Every participant is guided by a mentor and has full access to Amdaris, learning materials from day one.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559739":300}"> </span></p>
<p><span data-contrast="none">The work itself includes Mendix development, but also integrations with external APIs, database design, and front-end work. The focus is on building a real application that can be deployed and used in the maritime domain.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559739":300}"> </span></p>
<p><span data-contrast="none">That's why we are looking for developers with a strong foundation in programming and a willingness to learn Mendix, rather than prior experience with the platform itself.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559739":300}"> </span></p>
