With exciting growth plans and cutting-edge projects, there has never been a better time to join our incredible team.</p> <p><strong><br></strong><strong>MENDIX DEVELOPER SUMMARY </strong></p> <p>We are collaborating with a major technology client whose mission is to digitally transform global shipping, utilizing aviation-grade technology and deep industry expertise to develop a cutting-edge, unified digital platform</p> <p>We are forming the foundational Mendix team and are actively seeking dedicated and proactive Mendix Developers at various levels, such as Mid and Senior, for this pivotal greenfield project. This is a unique chance to join at the inception, helping us build a critical platform from the ground up. As one of our first hires in this technology, you will act as a founding pillar of a rapidly expanding team, directly influencing its technical direction, standards, and culture. Your expertise will be critical in designing, developing, and deploying high-impact business solutions on the Mendix platform, translating complex maritime workflows into elegant, scalable applications that deliver measurable value to our industry-leading client.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p> <ul> <li>Work in a team to own the end-to-end design, development and deployment of enterprise-grade Mendix applications, setting technical direction, patterns and standards.</li> <li>Translate business requirements into secure, performant data models, microflows and UI flows, balancing user experience with maintainability.</li> <li>Champion DevOps and CI/CD on Mendix Cloud, Kubernetes or Azure, automating build, test and release pipelines.</li> <li>Lead code reviews and enforce Mendix best practices, performance tuning and security hardening.</li> <li>Mentor and coach junior developers, cultivating a high performance, knowledge sharing culture.</li> <li>Collaborate closely with Product, UX and SMEs in agile squads, providing solution architecture input and delivery estimates.</li> <li>Continuously monitor platform evolution, piloting new Mendix releases and marketplace modules to keep the platform at the cutting edge.</li> </ul> <p><strong>REQUIREMENTS</strong></p> <ul> <li>Advanced Mendix development related certification or proven experience building production Mendix apps.</li> <li>Proven track record in solution architecture, data integration and performance optimization on low code or full stack platforms.</li> <li>Solid grasp of CI/CD tooling, automated testing and DevOps for Mendix (MxBuild, ATS, Docker/K8s).</li> <li>Strong agile communication and stakeholder-management skills; ability to turn loosely-defined maritime processes into clear user stories.</li> <li>Hands-on experience with REST/JSON, OData, SQL, Java/JavaScript actions, and cloud services (Azure, AWS or Mendix Cloud).</li> <li>Familiarity with how to integrate Mendix apps with REST/GraphQL APIs, IoT data streams and external systems (ERP, IAM, cloud services) to create a unified ecosystem.</li> <li>Familiarity with ITIL (Foundation certification or hands-on use of Incident, Problem and Change processes) would be a plus.</li> <li>Nice-to-have: exposure to maritime OT/IT, IoT sensor data or aviation-grade safety-critical systems.</li> <li>Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail</li> <li>Excellent communication and collaboration skills.</li> </ul><div class="content-conclusion"><p>To see more roles, <a href="https://amdaris.com/jobs" target="_blank">click here</a>.</p></div>
