Our multidisciplinary team delivers community-based therapeutic interventions using a coaching model with parents and caregivers.</p> <p>As a Mental and Behavioral Health Coach, you will collaborate with early education, out-of-school programs, and families to address children's social-emotional, behavioral, and mental health needs. Additionally, you will use observations, assessment tools, and family meetings to guide early interventions and promote healthy development.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Develop and maintain positive relationships with childcare programs and families</li> <li>Provide behavior coaching on site at childcare programs/family child care homes for young children with challenging behaviors</li> <li>Provide support and modeling regarding behavior management strategies</li> <li>Provide support, training, and resources regarding classroom management techniques</li> <li>Assist in the development and implementation of individual behavior support plans</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Requires an Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or related field</li> <li>Experience working with young children with challenging behaviors and/or mental health issues</li> <li>Valid Massachusetts Driver's License</li> </ul> <p><strong>Location: </strong>Offices in Lawrence and Malden with ability to use either one.&nbsp; Community outreach position that requires travel in the Northeast region of Massachusetts.&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Schedule:&nbsp;</strong>Monday through Friday, 9am-5pm or 8am-4pm</p><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="title">Hourly Rate</div><div class="pay-range"><span>$22.59</span><span class="divider">&mdash;</span><span>$22.59 USD</span></div></div></div><div class="content-conclusion"><p>At Eliot, we are committed to supporting you at every stage of your career, providing opportunities for growth, purpose, and community.
