Lead Mental Health Practitioner

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Band 6 or Band 7 equivalent clinician with strong dysphagia experience to step into a leadership role.</p> <p class="x_MsoNormal"><strong>What will your responsibilities be?</strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead dysphagia management across the service, ensuring safe and effective assessment and intervention.</li> <li>Conduct specialist assessments and develop tailored treatment plans for individuals with complex swallowing and communication needs.</li> <li>Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to junior.</li> <li>Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure integrated care planning.</li> <li>Maintain accurate clinical records and contribute to audits and service improvement.</li> <li>Deliver training and education to staff and carers around dysphagia and communication strategies.</li> <li>Support service development initiatives and uphold best practice standards.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Benefits:</strong></p> <p>Know someone perfect for this role?
