Pay: $32.00 – $35.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8-hour shifts

Diversified Treatment Alternative Centers (DTAC) is seeking experienced and dedicated Mental Health

Professionals to join our clinical team in Williamsport, PA.

Position Summary

The Mental Health Professional provides diagnostic impressions, therapeutic services, and clinical support to treatment teams. This role plays a key part in developing effective treatment strategies and ensuring high-quality care through collaboration, clinical expertise, and evidence-based practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide diagnostic recommendations and clinical impressions to treatment teams
• Assist in the development and implementation of Individual Treatment Plans
• Deliver individual, family, and group counseling services
• Facilitate staff training on therapeutic approaches and best practices
• Collaborate with clinical leadership to ensure quality programming and outcomes
• Maintain consistent communication with program leadership and clinical teams
• Document services and maintain accurate client records in EMR
• Support clinical program development and continuous improvement initiatives
• Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership

Qualifications

Required:

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related clinical field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in child or adolescent behavioral health services
• Knowledge of therapeutic modalities and treatment approaches for youth
• Strong communication, documentation, and clinical assessment skills

Preferred:

• Experience in structured or residential treatment settings
• Experience providing clinical training or supervision

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Ability to obtain required PA clearances (Act 33, Criminal History, FBI Act 73)
• Ability to pass Safe Crisis Management training
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to relocate to or commute to Williamsport, PA

Work Location

This is an in-person position based in Williamsport, PA (17702). Candidates must be able to reliably commute or relocate prior to starting.
