</ul></div><p>Eliot is seeking dedicated <strong>Mental Health Specialists</strong> to join our Early Intervention (EI) division. Eliot's Early Intervention Program supports children from birth to three years of age with developmental delays or disabilities in the Everett, Malden, and Medford area. Our multidisciplinary team delivers community-based therapeutic interventions using a coaching model with parents and caregivers.</p>
<p>As a Mental Health Specialist, you will participate in screenings, assessments, center and home visits, child and parent groups, and will provide service coordination for families along with consultation regarding clinical and developmental issues.</p>
<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Assess children’s development using standardized tools and provide interventions targeting cognitive, psychosocial, and family systems needs</li>
<li>Deliver transdisciplinary services and collaborate with families to develop individualized treatment goals in the IFSP</li>
<li>Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to plan and coordinate care with families, physicians, and community agencies</li>
<li>Complete documentation, including assessments, IFSPs, progress notes, and insurance reports, within required timelines</li>
<li>Maintain compliance with DPH and agency standards and provide in-service training within your area of expertise</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Requires an Master’s degree in Psychology or related field</li>
<li>Experience working with young children </li>
<li>Valid Massachusetts Drivers License</li>
</ul>
