Key Responsibilities
- Provide age-appropriate care and emotional support to youth and adolescent patients
- Support daily routines and group activities in a structured treatment setting
- Monitor patient safety and well-being through direct engagement and observation
- Collaborate with clinical team members and contribute to individualized care plans
- Assist with patient transportation and participate in de-escalation when needed
- Complete educational activities to support your ongoing professional development

- Enjoy working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Are committed to providing trauma-informed, respectful care to youth and families

- Are physically able to support patients who may need assistance with mobility or daily routines
