<p><strong>Who We’re Looking For<br></strong>We are looking for experienced therapists who will provide compassionate, empathetic, and non-judgmental care to our California patients. This pay-per-encounter W2 position offers flexibility in scheduling while ensuring job stability.</p>
<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Conduct telehealth counseling sessions using our technology platform.</li>
<li>Create comprehensive patient assessments and assist in treatment planning.</li>
<li>Ensure documentation complies with clinical and state regulations.</li>
<li>Develop meaningful connections with clients.</li>
<li>Provide personalized care tailored to individual patient needs.</li>
<li>Participate in monthly clinical case reviews with the Lead Psychologist.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Qualifications and skills</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Unrestricted license (LMFT, LCSW, LMHC or LPC), in good standing</li>
<li>Willing to become licensed in California</li>
<li>2+ years of direct care experience, exclusive of orientation/training</li>
<li>Bilingual in Spanish is not required, but preferred</li>
<li>Must be comfortable using computers and video-conferencing software; previous telemedicine experience is a plus</li>
</ul>
