As burnout is highly prevalent in our field, we proudly offer a formula fit for reducing provider burnout and increasing work + life balance!  About the Role  Due to exceptional clinical success and patient demand, Sensible Care is GROWING and now hiring a hybrid (2+ days in-person & Virtual) LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW to provide a combination of in-person and telehealth care at our Palm Desert clinic!  If you enjoy curating a flexible schedule that fits your lifestyle while being part of a fun collaborative and supportive team, we’d love to talk to you!   What we offer:  40-hour Workweek Includes:  <ul> <li data-aria-posinset="1" data-aria-level="2">Annual Salary choice of $94,000-$100,000*+ </li> <li style="font-weight: bold; color: rgb(35, 111, 161);" data-aria-posinset="2" data-aria-level="2">Minimum 25 billed hours </li> <li style="font-weight: bold; color: rgb(22, 145, 121);" data-aria-posinset="2" data-aria-level="2">Schedule: Mon-Fri: 9am-6pm (can flex 10am-7pm if prefer)</li> <li data-aria-posinset="3" data-aria-level="2">License fees paid </li> <li data-aria-posinset="4" data-aria-level="2">Liability insurance coverage </li> <li data-aria-posinset="5" data-aria-level="2">401(k) account with contribution matching </li> <li data-aria-posinset="6" data-aria-level="2">In-House CEU Program including 42+ hours of virtual and in-person CEU classes every year </li> <li data-aria-posinset="7" data-aria-level="2">Gym membership stipend </li> <li data-aria-posinset="8" data-aria-level="2">15 vacation days, 5 sick days, and 12 paid holidays annually </li> <li data-aria-posinset="9" data-aria-level="2">Health, Dental, and Vision coverage for you and your family </li> <li data-aria-posinset="10" data-aria-level="2">Collaborative team approach </li> <li data-aria-posinset="11" data-aria-level="2">Excellent staff to help with administrative burdens </li> <li data-aria-posinset="12" data-aria-level="2">Insurance claims entirely handled by our staff </li> <li data-aria-posinset="13" data-aria-level="2">Pre-qualified clients </li> <li data-aria-posinset="14" data-aria-level="2">Excellent comprehensive benefits </li> <li data-aria-posinset="15" data-aria-level="2">Time allocated for case management </li> <li data-aria-posinset="16" data-aria-level="2">Weekly group consultations with fellow providers </li> <li data-aria-posinset="17" data-aria-level="2">Support in continuing education in order to earn desired certificates </li> <li data-aria-posinset="18" data-aria-level="2">Potential for growth into lead positions </li> <li data-aria-posinset="19" data-aria-level="2">Virtual and In-person company gatherings </li> </ul> We’re Seeking Professionals Who:  <ul> <li data-aria-posinset="1" data-aria-level="2">Have an active California professional license LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW </li> <li data-aria-posinset="2" data-aria-level="2">Work a minimum of 2 days per week in our Palm Desert, CA clinic  </li> <li data-aria-posinset="3" data-aria-level="2">Have experience with child/adolescent therapy </li> <li data-aria-posinset="4" data-aria-level="2">EMDR Trained/Certified encouraged to apply </li> <li data-aria-posinset="5" data-aria-level="2">Are passionate about mental healthcare and illustrate personable and warm demeanor and delivery culturally sensitive care </li> <li data-aria-posinset="6" data-aria-level="2">Have experience providing services in an outpatient setting </li> <li data-aria-posinset="7" data-aria-level="2">Are able to learn and manage multiple technological platforms </li> <li data-aria-posinset="8" data-aria-level="2">Have excellent written and verbal communication skills </li> <li data-aria-posinset="9" data-aria-level="2">Are timely, diligent, detail-oriented and can work well in a team </li> <li data-aria-posinset="10" data-aria-level="2">Are comfortable treating depression, anxiety, and trauma </li> <li data-aria-posinset="11" data-aria-level="2">Valid NPI number </li> <li data-aria-posinset="12" data-aria-level="2"> <ul> <li data-aria-posinset="1" data-aria-level="3">Completion of 3000 supervised hours of practice post-Master's program and successful completion of the NCMHCE test (or it’s equivalent) AND </li> <li data-aria-posinset="2" data-aria-level="3">Current CA resident able to provide 3 (three) professional references from the past 2 (two) years (professional references must have active licensure) Are able to meet the credentialing requirements for major insurance panels in particular: </li> </ul> </li> </ul> *Salary will be based on work week option and number of days in-person vs virtual  <div class="content-conclusion">Sensible Care is committed to serving our clients and empowering our providers and the multitude of teams who support our providers.
