Improved day to day performance, access to relevant and “on time” training, more supportive work environments, and greater access to resources that further VA professional development and wellbeing are essential at Brivity VA. The Brivity VA Mentor will partner with our success and leadership teams to develop and deliver on these needs to our valued virtual partners. Success in this role will be tied directly to the success our VAs have with their clients and growth toward their desired goals.</p> </div> </div> </div> </td> </tr> <tr class="info-row"> <td class="info-cell"> <div data-react-class="JobInfo.LabelWithTooltip" data-react-props="{&quot;labelTextKey&quot;:&quot;edit_job_info.how_to_sell.label&quot;,&quot;tooltipKey&quot;:&quot;edit_job_info.how_to_sell.tooltips&quot;}">&nbsp;</div> <div id="how_to_sell_this_job_control" class="editable-field-control"> <div class="collapsed-field"> <div class="collapsed-field-text"> <div> <h4>A successful Brivity VA Mentor will:</h4> <ul> <li>Partner with our Success and Training teams to guarantee VA success with their client during their first 90 days</li> <li>Reduce the overall number of VAs in their care being released due to VA performance, VA training, and Poor Customer Management&nbsp;</li> <li>Reduce the overall number of VAs in their care resigning from BVA</li> <li>Increase the number of VA referrals to our recruiting team</li> <li>Increase client satisfaction with their VA</li> <li>Increase VA satisfaction at BVA and improve overall well-being</li> <li>Become a standard for BVA culture and ethics</li> </ul> <h4>The right applicant:</h4> <ul> <li>A tenured VA who has proven to support the same client for more than 12 months</li> <li>No past disciplinary actions with clients and has not been flagged for any performance related issues&nbsp;</li> <li>Must provide a positive letter of recommendation/endorsement from current client</li> <li>Must provide a positive letter of recommendation/endorsement from CSC <em>or </em>CSM</li> <li>Must provide a positive letter of recommendation/endorsement from 2 Brivity VA peers</li> <li>Must Meet minimum time doctor productivity % in current role over the last quarter</li> <li>Loves Brivity and Brivity VA, loves their job, and wants to be our greatest advocate</li> <li>A good person / does the right thing no matter what / has integrity in life and work</li> <li>Has attention to detail</li> <li>History of effectively managing and coaching your client(s)</li> <li>Enthusiastic about helping and developing others</li> <li>Consistently demonstrates&nbsp;<strong>HEALTH</strong> at BrivityVA (<strong>H</strong>ard Work - <strong>E</strong>xtraordinary Results - <strong>A</strong>ccountable - <strong>L</strong>eaders - <strong>T</strong>eamwork - <strong>H</strong>umble)</li> </ul> <p><strong>TIME COMMITMENT</strong></p> <h4><strong>On your own time</strong></h4> <ul> <li>4 hours a week outside of your working hours for existing client(s)</li> </ul> <h4><strong>Weekly Pay</strong></h4> <ul> <li> <h4>$35 a week extra</h4> </li> </ul> <h4><strong>Incentives with Team’s Success / KPI:</strong></h4> <ul> <li>$10 extra paid out after the Mentee successfully completes the first 30 days with their client with no performance issues /escalations / callouts</li> <li>$20 extra paid out after the Mentee successfully completes the first 60 days with their client with no performance issues / escalations / callouts</li> <li>$30 additional pay out after the Mentee successfully completes 90 days with their client with no performance issues / escalations / callouts</li> <li>$150 to the Mentor for every Mentee that reaches a full 12 months with their current clients</li> <li>$500 extra for the “Top Mentor” of the year</li> <li>Other performance incentives and recognition to come as decided by management</li> </ul> </div> <p>&nbsp;</p> </div> </div> </div> </td> </tr> </tbody> </table>
