This is a full-time, in-person position.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Manage all mechanical and electrical construction activities for Mission Critical facilities and related projects.</li> <li>Oversee Mechanical and Electrical Trade contractors and vendors throughout the project lifecycle.</li> <li>Coordinate schedules, budgets, reports, and documentation for mechanical and electrical systems from pre-construction through close-out.</li> <li>Develop project scopes and schedules, coordinate change orders and RFIs, and manage project budgets and cost control.</li> <li>Monitor installation and start-up of MEP systems and commissioning of the project with the Engineer and Owner.</li> <li>Lead the HCC MEP Team and Trade Partners from groundbreaking through commissioning and turnover to the Owner.</li> <li>Maintain strong professional relationships with owners’ representatives, architects, engineers, clients, subcontractors, and vendors.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p> <p>Required:</p> <ul> <li>5–10 years of commercial construction experience with large, sophisticated mechanical and electrical systems.</li> <li>Extensive experience managing construction of data centers and complex electrical and mechanical infrastructure projects.</li> <li>Experience developing project scopes and schedules, coordinating change orders and RFIs, and managing project budgets and cost control.</li> <li>Strong ability to manage relationships with owners’ representatives, architects, engineers, and clients, while supervising subcontractors and vendors.</li> </ul> <p>Preferred:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in construction management or engineering.</li> <li>Experience leading teams through all phases of construction projects.</li> <li>Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.</li> </ul> <p>#LI-DO1</p><div class="content-conclusion"><p class="font_8 wixui-rich-text__text"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span class="wixui-rich-text__text">Holder is committed to Equal Opportunity Employment (EOE).</span></span></p> <p class="font_8 wixui-rich-text__text"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span class="wixGuard wixui-rich-text__text">​</span><span class="wixui-rich-text__text">Substance abuse testing and a background screening is a condition of employment and&nbsp;Holder Construction does not sponsor applicants for immigration status or benefits.</span></span></p></div>
