</div></div><p><strong>About the Role</strong></p>
<p>We are looking for an MEP Superintendent to join our Operations team on our project in Indianapolis, IN. This is a full-time, in-person position. The MEP Superintendent plays a critical leadership role in managing the coordination, installation, and quality of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and special systems on complex, large-scale projects.</p>

<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Lead and oversee all MEP activities from pre-construction through commissioning and close-out, ensuring compliance with project specifications and Holder standards.</li>
<li>Provide direct supervision and guidance to MEP subcontractors and vendors, including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, major equipment, lighting, fire alarm, security, building automation systems, CCTV, power distribution, and communications systems.</li>
<li>Develop and maintain detailed project schedules for MEP systems, monitor progress, and implement corrective actions when necessary to maintain project alignment.</li>
<li>Ensure strict adherence to QA/QC programs and support the Energy Control and Safety Program to uphold Holder’s zero-accident culture.</li>
<li>Manage punch lists, troubleshoot technical issues, and drive timely resolution of challenges using all available resources.</li>
<li>Oversee start-up and commissioning activities, ensuring all MEP systems meet performance and operational requirements.</li>
<li>Maintain strong relationships with owner representatives, architects, engineers, and clients while supervising subcontractors and vendors.</li>
<li>Lead workforce planning, logistics coordination, and resource allocation for MEP activities to support efficient project execution.</li>

<p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p>
<p>Required:</p>
<ul>
<li>10+ years of commercial construction experience with large, sophisticated MEP systems.</li>
<li>Proven ability to manage complex MEP infrastructure projects such as data centers, stadiums, or other special-use facilities.</li>
<li>Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, including commissioning protocols.</li>
<li>Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.</li>
</ul>
<p>Preferred:</p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.</li>
<li>Familiarity with scheduling tools, QA/QC processes, and advanced commissioning procedures.</li>
<li>Knowledge of safety programs and energy control requirements.</li>
</ul>
